Parking & Transit

Uptown Saint John has many convenient parking options. On-street and most off street parking lots are free on weekends and after 5pm. Conveniently located off street parking lots are the best option for those spending a few hours or more uptown.  Hourly and monthly rates are available at most parking garages and parking lots. Most on street spaces have the easy to use ‘pay and display’ system, allowing the freedom of up to two hours of uninterrupted parking.  

Much of the uptown is linked to two major indoor parking garages by way of pedways, making shops and businesses easily accessible.  The uptown is the transit hub of Saint John public transit stops located throughout the uptown. Getting to and around the uptown has never been easier!
